Shipping and returns procedure


Shipping costs are included in the price of the article for deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Depending on the European country in question, a shipping rate will be applied, visible at the time of placing the order. The normal delivery time is 48 working hours in mainland Spain, and 10 working days for all other destinations, once the order has been placed. THE COMPANY guarantees that all orders will be delivered within a maximum of 7 working days.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed (lack of stock, transport strikes, etc…), we will contact you to inform you.


For returns, Aceites de Oliva OLEOMILE, S.L. will apply the provisions of the Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista (Retail Trade Law) as well as those regulated by Community regulations (Directive 97/7/CE). The return of any goods will require the agreement of both parties. The COMPANY reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate for possible damages suffered by the goods, as well as to recover the direct costs incurred by the return. The COMPANY will only accept the return of the goods if:

1- Within the period set for this purpose by the Law (7 days), the buyer exercises his right of termination. Aceites de Oliva OLEOMILE, S.L. will accept the exercise of the aforementioned right only and exclusively when the goods are in the same condition in which they were delivered and ready for sale, with their corresponding original packaging and in perfect condition.
2- If the goods are defective, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Defective Products, Aceite de Oliva OLEOMILE, S.L. will immediately replace the product with another of identical value and/or characteristics.
3- Aceites de Oliva OLEOMILE, S.L. will also refund the amount of the goods when, for reasons not attributable to it (whether direct or indirect), it is unable to deliver them.
4- Aceites de Oliva OLEOMILE, S.L. will accept the return of the goods when, for reasons attributable to it, the product ordered does not correspond to that requested by the customer.

In the event of any controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Particular Conditions of Purchase, these will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

Steps to follow to return an article:

Request your return via e-mail to within 7 days from the date you received the order. Please let us know the order number and the reason why you are returning the item.

Once we have received your return request, we will contact you to tell you the steps to follow for the return.
Then, and always within 5 working days of your request, our courier company will collect the item at the time you indicate. The transport costs will be paid by the customer. If you prefer, you can send it with another logistics company, carriage paid. Then prepare the package for collection in its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been torn off and the item has not been used. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.
Once the item has been received at our offices and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you that the return has been accepted.
From this date, we have 30 working days to reimburse you the amount of the purchase except for the transport costs, which will only be refunded if Aceites de Oliva OLEOMILE, S.L. is responsible for the reason for returning the product. The refund will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase, except in the case of having paid cash on delivery, in which case the refund will be made by bank transfer, the costs incurred by the cash on delivery will not be paid.
If any of these conditions are not met, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All costs incurred by this return, including the transport of these items, will be borne by you. If you do not accept this option, THE COMPANY may keep the articles and the amount of the same.
