Cold-pressed oil production, gently filtered to preserve all the properties of the olive juice. Exclusive and very limited production, only recently bottled as a single-varietal oil.
Very fruity, with low bitterness and low pungency. Medium sweetness and astringency.
The typical aromas are reminiscent of almond and green apple.
